In 1952 Mr Pedro Ilic and his wife, Adela Dumand purchased Hotel Villa Trouville, in Las Cruces beach, to Mr. Juan de Dios Morande Vicuña, who had visited the city of Trouville in France and was fascinated with its architectural Style and the quiet for vacations and rest.Mr. Juan de Dios built then the Hotel Villa Trouville in Las Cruces beach, in the same style of the city of Trouville in France.

Las Cruces is a traditional vacation village in Chile, located in the middle of the central coast, 110 kilometers away from Santiago. It is an excellent place for walks, day or night.
You can find beaches, forests, hills, rocks and sightseeing. There are good roads for walks, mountain bike, trekking and so on.
